Heilen is the curated platform where the retreat world comes together. It originated from my years
of experience work with venues, facilitators and organisers and all the questions, struggles and
opportunities I see every day. The retreat market is growing. And that's wonderful, because
healing, transformation, and personal developmentbring so many beautiful things.
But that growth also brings uncertainty, fragmentation and noise.

Founder of Heilen & Retreat Coach. I’m Maartje, entrepreneur, retreat coach, connector, and the driving force behind Heilen. Over the past years I’ve supported dozens of organizers, venues and facilitators with their retreats, positioning, offers, strategy and growth.
My strength?
A helicopter view that allows me to see the core quickly, spot where noise or misalignment starts, and identify the steps that actually move things forward. I combine strategic insight with intuition, experience in the retreat world, grounded leadership and a strong focus on community.
I believe that we grow further when we build together. That the retreat world can be more professional, clearer and more honest. That with the right people around us, we grow faster both as entrepreneurs and as humans.
