What the week looks like
We will make a schedule based on all the skills that the participants of the retreat brings. That means that right now it is still a surprise, also for me! But I 100% believe this will be an incredible week with a program that everybody would dream of.
In order to make it a little bit structured the idea is that there will be a schedule upfront. There will be 1-4 spots on the schedule where you have a moment of facilitating (varying in duration depending on what fits for you). On top of that you will have 1 day scheduled where you have kitchen duties as the help for the chef. The rest of the days are off and are for you to enjoy the program of the other participants.

Fuel the body
Your belly will be very happy during the retreat. You will experience all the way to arrange cooking at a retreat. Most of the times a retreat will cook for us, but we will also enjoy paella or a smoothiebowl from a restaurant and will cook something ourselves!
It will be delicious and nutritious home made food. From finger-licking brunch, light lunch & snacks to dinner. Fruits, tea and water will be available all day.
All meals will be vegetarian and we can take into account specific dietary wishes. After the retreat you will receive all the recipes so you can also experiment at home and yes they're quite easy to make. For the chefs thinking about joining; ofcourse you can make your own creations too!

This is a unique opportunity. Normally the retreats in this venue sell for 1899 euro. The goal of this retreat is not to make money but to create an unforgettable experience TOGETHER. Everybody brings their own value to the program and that is the exchange during this retreat. The price did went up from last time a little. Why? We are now hiring a chef because coordinating all the kitchen work takes a lot of time of everybody off of the program.
Prices are excluding taxes (21% VAT). All rooms have very comfortable matrasses. Some rooms have private bathroom other have a shared
bathroom (max 4 pax). Ask for the options.
